We’re a Bend, Oregon window cleaning company, not a national franchise or an out-of-town crew passing through. We work the same high desert conditions our customers deal with every day, and we built our process around them instead of a generic cleaning routine.
Why We Understand Bend Glass
Bend’s windows get dirty differently than glass in a wetter, lower-elevation climate. Juniper and pine pollen coat everything every spring. Wildfire smoke and ash settle in through summer and fall. How We Work on Every Job
- We look before we quote. Hard water and larger jobs are assessed in person, so the price you agree to is the price on the invoice.
- We explain what we find. If a pane is etched, a seal has failed, or damage is beyond what cleaning can fix, we tell you instead of selling a fix that won’t work.
- We clean by hand. Glass, screens, and sills are done with the method that suits the problem, whether that’s mineral buildup, wildfire ash, or pollen.
- We walk the job with you. Before we leave, you can point out anything that needs another pass.
What We Won’t Do
- Recommend restoration on glass that doesn’t need it, or on glass that’s already permanently etched
- Use an aggressive method on window film, tint, or coated glass without checking it first
- Dry-wipe wildfire ash, which grinds grit into the glass
- Add charges to the invoice that weren’t explained before we started
